What is Rotate PDF?
Rotate PDF fixes pages that were scanned or saved sideways or upside down. Rotate every page at once, or select just the pages that need it, then save a corrected copy without affecting the underlying content.

When to use this
A duplex scanner sometimes scans one side of every sheet upside down, so the even-numbered pages of the PDF come out rotated 180 degrees while the odd pages are fine. Click each even-numbered page's thumbnail to select just those, then click 180° — only the selected pages rotate. If instead the whole document was saved sideways, click Deselect all (or select nothing) and click 90° once to turn every page at the same time.
Tips for rotating pages
- Rotations accumulate and wrap at 360° — clicking 90° twice on the same pages ends up as a 180° rotation, and a rotation badge on each thumbnail shows the current pending angle.
- Leaving the page selection empty applies your next rotation click to every page; selecting specific pages restricts it to just those.
- Rotating only changes each page's stored rotation flag through pdf-lib's setRotation — the page content itself is never redrawn, so the result is fully lossless.
- Reset Rotations clears every pending change instantly without reloading the file, so you can experiment freely before saving.
