Example: adding a logo to an invoice template

A freelancer has a plain PDF invoice with no branding and wants to add their logo before sending it to a client. They upload a PNG of the logo with a transparent background, click near the top of the page to place it, drag it into the corner of the header, set the width to about 20% of the page so it doesn't overpower the invoice details, leave rotation at 0 degrees, then click Add Image to This Page and download the branded invoice.

Tips for placing an image well

PNG images keep their transparent background when placed on the page; a JPG will appear as a solid rectangle, so PNG works better for logos and stamps while JPG suits full photos or scanned pages.
Width is set as a percentage of the page width (5-100%), so the same image scales consistently whether the PDF uses A4, Letter or another page size, instead of needing to calculate pixel dimensions.
Rotation accepts any angle from -180 to 180 degrees, which is useful for angling a stamp-style graphic rather than being limited to 90-degree turns.
Like text, each image is only added to the page you're currently previewing — navigate to another page with the arrows and repeat if you need it (or a different image) elsewhere.
