Tips
- Adding a logo automatically switches error correction to High (H), which sacrifices some data capacity to keep the code scannable with the center covered — if you manually change the level back down afterward, the logo can make the code unreadable.
- For small printed material like business cards or stickers, use High (H) error correction and export at 400px or larger — printing tends to introduce small artifacts that lower error-correction levels can't recover from.
- For a screen-only code with no logo, Low (L) or Medium (M) keeps the pattern less dense, which scans more reliably from a distance or on lower-resolution displays.
- If you get a message that your content is too long, the fix is either to shorten it or drop to a lower error correction level — both directly increase how many characters fit, since higher error correction reserves more of the code for redundancy rather than data.
Is QR Code Generator safe?
